The price you see is the price you pay, unless your home's actual condition or size differs significantly, and we'll always tell you before charging a cent more.
No, most customers provide entry instructions (gate code, lockbox, key location) when booking. If you'd rather be home, that's completely fine too.
Standard cleanings cover kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping counters and surfaces, and emptying trash. Deep cleaning adds baseboards, tile and grout detail, and other hidden buildup for a more thorough reset.
Just contact us as soon as you know. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may include a small fee. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
